Synopsis
Kokdu (Kim Jung Hyun) was once a human who lived in Korea during ancient times. The gods have turned hi into an immortal grim reaper. Every 99 years, he has to come to the mortal realm to ruthlessly punish humans for their weakness and frailty. This time for his mission, he “possesses” the body of a promising young medic named Do Jin Woo.

But this time around he is having a hard time completing his mission because he crossed paths with Han Gye Jeol (Im Soo Hyang), a doctor who graduated from the lowest-ranking medical school in South Korea. Kokdu discovers that Han Gye Jeol has mysterious powers and he believes that he might be enchanted by her.
Could she be someone he knew in his past life? Will he be able to complete his mission or will it fail because of love?
